1. Returns and Refunds

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing any return.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift was not marked or was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
